This Magnificent set is a collection of the beautiful and artistic set of REVERSE PROOF coins from the US Mint.  Many attributes make this set extremely desireable for the collector.

1) Silver Reverse Proof  2) 2018  3) description of the picture on reverse  4) They are all EARLY RELEASES  5) All Proof  6)  All signed by the US Mint Lead Sculptor Ret. Don Everhart.  Donald Nelson Everhart II is an American coin and medal engraver-medalist, and sculptor who has worked for the private Franklin Mint, as a freelance designer, and since 2004 has worked for the United States Mint in Philadelphia. With over 1,000 models for coins and medals attributed to him as of 2008, he is still at the prime of his career creating the bas-relief models for these and similar sculptural objects. His coin designs are in the pockets of American citizens, and despite his late arrival to the series of the popular U.S. Statehood Quarters, he has designed and modeled three State's unique reverse designs, modeled three others, and six U.S. commemorative coins. His portrait of President William Clinton was chosen for Clinton's second term Inaugural Medal. Among his other medal creations are six Congressional Gold Medals for the U.S. Mint, seven Society of Medalists issues, twelve calendar medals, and other models for private medal makers, as well as cast art medals.

NGC Signs Don Everhart, Prolific Coin Sculptor and Engraver, to Autograph Labels

Posted on 11/30/2017

He was involved in the creation of some of the most memorable US coins in the last decade.

Numismatic Guaranty Corporation® (NGC®) has finalized a deal with prolific coin designer, sculptor and engraver Don Everhart to individually autograph NGC certification labels. Everhart was employed by the US Mint from 2004 to July 2017, when he retired as the lead sculptor.

Don Everhart

Everhart has been involved in the creation of hundreds of coins, including some of the most memorable US Mint issues of the last decade. Among these is the distinctive eagle design that he engraved for the reverse of the 2015-W American Liberty High Relief $100 (the first $100 gold coin ever issued by the United States) and the 2016 American Liberty Silver Medals.

He was also involved in the creation of numerous commemoratives, such as the intricate reverse design of the 2015 March of Dimes Commemorative Silver Dollar, which won a Coin of the Year Award for Most Inspirational Coin. He also sculpted the obverse and designed and sculpted the reverse of the 2014 Baseball Hall of Fame commemorative coins, the first concave coins produced by the US Mint.

The NGC Don Everhart signature label is seen with the 2015-W American Liberty High Relief $100 and the 2015 March of Dimes Commemorative Silver Dollar, two coins Everhart helped create.

In addition, he designed the reverse of the 2007-2016 US Presidential $1 Series (which features a spectacular rendering of the Statue of Liberty) as well as 14 of the 39 obverses, including those of John Quincy Adams, Abraham Lincoln and John F. Kennedy.

Though he is now retired from the Mint, his work will be prominently featured on the 2018 World War I Centennial Silver Dollar and the 2018 World War I Centennial Army Medal, both of which he sculpted.

“The addition of Don Everhart to the NGC Authentic Hand-Signed Labels program adds the last — and most prolific — official sculptor-engraver of the US Mint,” said Miles Standish, NGC Vice President. “We are honored to work with someone with such outstanding credentials.”

Everhart joins NGC’s impressive roster of label signers, which includes John M. Mercanti, the 12th Chief Engraver of the US Mint and designer of the American Silver Eagle reverse; Ed Moy, the 38th Director of the US Mint; and Elizabeth Jones, the 11th Chief Sculptor and Engraver of the United States Mint.

NGC Don Everhart Authentic Hand-Signed Labels will be available from select retailers soon. For more information about NGC Authentic Hand-Signed Labels, visit NGCcoin.com/Labels.

Coins, modern, sets.

This section is for sets of modern coins.  Some sets I may be willing to break up, but not usually.  For instance, the Bressett 4 coin set shown 1st I'm not sure what it would take for me to break the set as three of the four coins are pop 1's and not replaceable.

Enjoy looking...

NGC Licenses Official Red Book Logo for Labels; Ken Bressett to Autograph

NGC has obtained the Official Red Book logo for an upcoming label series featuring the signature of Ken Bressett.

Numismatic Guaranty Corporation® (NGC®) has announced that it has licensed the name and cover design of A Guide Book of United States Coins, commonly known as the “Red Book,” for special certification labels. A limited number of these labels will be individually hand-signed by Kenneth Bressett, the book’s editor.

The Official Red Book is the world’s best-selling coin collecting guide with more than 24 million copies sold since it was first published in 1946. Published annually by Whitman Publishing, LLC, the Official Red Book is considered to be an essential reference book for anyone with an interest in US coins.

In 1962, Kenneth Bressett was appointed editor of the Official Red Book. He has since become one of the most famous numismatic researchers and writers of all time having published numerous books and articles in his more than 60 years of involvement in the hobby. In 1996, he was inducted into the ANA Hall of Fame.

The NGC Official Red Book certification labels autographed by Mr. Bressett are printed with an eye-catching metallic gold ink that mimics the gold foil on the iconic hardcover edition of the Official Red Book. The new labels have been subjected to accelerated testing to ensure their suitability for long-term preservation.

The United States & Canada

Very limited edition coin set

Here are two gorgeous coins which will enhance any collection as it reminds me of the old saying about our two countries, Two nations trouble ended, leaves their borders undefended. Meaning, there were basically, back then, as now, no fear between Canada and the USA. Nice huh? One of the few undefended borders in the world.

The US coin, of course, is THE fabulous Reverse Proof Silver Eagle in Proof 70 condition with the enhanced finish.

The 2nd coin is the unbelievable Canadian commemorative, with Queen Elizabeth's likeness.

Both one ounce of .9999 fine silver and the wonderful mirror-like proof finish on both AND enhanced finishes.

This beautifully rendered and unique special set is the first-ever joint coin set between the United States Mint and Royal Canadian Mint. It commemorates both nations with coins that capture their rich history, pride, and close relationship as neighbors and partners.

This set comes with the first bilingual Certificate of Authenticity produced by the United States Mint. The set contains a United States Mint American Eagle One Ounce Silver Coin with an enhanced reverse proof finish and a Royal Canadian Mint One Ounce Silver Maple Leaf Coin with a modified proof finish.

The obverse (heads) of the American Eagle One Ounce Silver Coin features Adolph A. Weinman’s full-length figure of Liberty in full stride enveloped in folds of the flag, with her right hand extended and branches of laurel and oak in her left. The coin’s reverse (tails) features a heraldic eagle with shield, an olive branch in the right talon and arrows in the left.

The obverse of the Canadian One Ounce Silver Maple Leaf Coin features the effigy of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II by Susanna Blunt on a radial lines background with a pattern of stars and maple leaves on the perimeter.

The reverse features a maple leaf by Walter Ott on a radial lines background with a pattern of stars and maple leaves on the perimeter.

These stunning coins are encapsulated and packaged in a handsome blue leatherette presentation case emblazoned with color imagery of the United States and Canadian flags on the inside cover. A classic outer blue box and matching outer sleeve covers the presentation case. A bilingual Certificate of Authenticity in English and French accompanies the set.

So, below is a beautiful 2 coin set,
